1. General Provisions

1.1. These regulations define the rules for the sale of online courses in the letsfreesbee.pl online store.
1.2. The store is run by Julia Zaborowska, address: Jana Skrzetuskiego 2/4, 92-430 Łódź, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 7282880902, REGON: 527479003.

 1.4. The Store sells online courses within the territory of the Republic of Poland and abroad.
1.5. The term “online course” means educational materials available in digital form on an online platform.
1.6. Placing an order in the online store constitutes acceptance of these regulations.

2. Orders

2.1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day via the store website letsfreesbee.pl.
2.2. Before placing an order, the Customer has the opportunity to review the course description and price.
2.3. When placing an order, the Customer must provide their personal details, email address, and select their preferred online course.
2.4. Placing an order is tantamount to concluding a sales contract between the Customer and the online store.
2.5. The online store reserves the right to refuse to process an order if there is no fully satisfactory guarantee of transaction security.
2.6. Order processing time is calculated:

  • in the case of payment by bank transfer or card – from the date of crediting the Seller’s bank account,
  • in the case of electronic payments – from the moment of positive payment authorization.

3. Payments

3.1. Prices for online courses listed in the online store are expressed in euros (EUR) and include VAT.
3.2. The customer can choose one of the available payment methods, including:
a) By bank transfer to the online store’s account,
b) Through the Paynow electronic payment system.
3.3. Available payment methods:
Payment cards:

  • Visa
  • Visa Electron
  • Mastercard
  • MasterCard Electronic
  • Maestro

 3.4. The online store reserves the right to change payment methods and introduce additional costs related to order fulfillment.
3.5. The service handling online payments for card payments is provided by Autopay S.A.
3.6. Refunds:
In the event that funds need to be returned for a transaction made by a payment card, the Seller shall refund the amount to the bank account assigned to the Customer’s payment card.
Alternatively, the Seller may make a refund using the same payment method used by the Customer, unless the Customer explicitly agrees to a different refund method that does not involve any costs for them.

4. Delivery

4.1. Online courses are delivered electronically to the email address provided by the Customer.
4.2. Online courses are available for learning from the moment the order is placed and paid for.
4.3. In case of problems with accessing the online course, the Customer should contact the online store to arrange the details.

5. Complaints about Online Courses

5.1. In the event of problems with the online course, the Customer has the right to file a complaint in accordance with applicable Polish law, in particular under the Act of 23 April 1964 – the Civil Code and the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights.
5.2. Complaints should be submitted in writing or electronically to the online store’s address within 14 days from the date of delivery of the online course.
5.3. The customer should provide detailed information regarding problems with the online course in the complaint.
5.4. The online store is obliged to confirm receipt of the complaint within 48 hours of its receipt and inform the customer about the further complaint procedure.
5.5. The online store is obliged to consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt and inform the customer about the procedure for its consideration.
5.6. If the complaint is accepted, the online store may take action to correct the problem with the online course or offer another solution, in accordance with the Customer’s preferences.
5.7. The Customer has the right to use out-of-court methods of resolving complaints and pursuing their claims, including by referring the case to the Permanent Consumer Arbitration Court operating at the Trade Inspection or to the Consumer Ombudsman.

6. Returns

6.1. Pursuant to Article 38, paragraph 3 of the Consumer Rights Act, the Customer has no right to withdraw from the contract if the entrepreneur has fully performed the service with the express consent of the consumer, who was informed before the commencement of the service that after the entrepreneur has performed the service, the Customer will lose the right to withdraw from the contract.
6.2. The online store informs that in the case of online courses that have already been made available to the Customer and have already been used, there is no right to a refund.
6.3. If the entrepreneur fails to provide the service within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, the Customer may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.
6.4. The online store reserves the right to refuse to accept a refund of an online course if the Customer has started using the online course.
6.5. If the online store refuses to accept a return, the Customer will be informed of the reasons for the refusal.
6.6. The online store informs that it does not refund funds for digital services that have already been fully performed and the performance of the service has begun with the express consent of the Customer and after prior notification of the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
7.2. The online store reserves the right to change the regulations at any time, while maintaining applicable law.
7.3. The current version of the regulations is available on the website of the store letsfreesbee.pl.
7.4. These regulations are effective from September 1, 2025.
